Marshall Schreeder, M.D.
Chairman, Medical Director
Dr. Schreeder is a medical oncologist and hematologist practicing in Huntsville since 1979. He completed his undergraduate training in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Schreeder received his M.D. and M.P.H. degrees from Tulane University, and after completing his Internal Medicine internship and residency at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals, he held the position of Medical Epidemiologist for the Centers for Disease Control for three years. Dr. Schreeder is board certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology, and has authored over 30 research papers and articles concerning viral hepatitis, liver cancer, and lung cancer.

Lonnie McMillian
Board Member
Lonnie McMillian is the co-founder of ADTRAN, Inc., a leading global provider of networking and communications equipment. Mr. McMillian is currently serving as a board member and senior vice president of engineering at ADTRAN. Prior to ADTRAN, he was vice president of engineering and a director of Universal Data Systems. He also held similar positions with Motorola after its purchase of Universal Data Systems in 1979. Mr. McMillian's career also includes several management positions, including chief engineer with SCI Systems, Inc., an aerospace electronics manufacturing firm. In addition, Mr. McMillian helped found Systems Engineering Laboratories, Inc., a scientific computer manufacturing company, where he served as a director.

Danny Windham
Board Member
Danny Windham joined Digium in February, 2007 as CEO. In this role, Windham is responsible for setting corporate strategy and executing day to day business operations. Prior to joining Digium, Windham served as president and chief operating officer of ADTRAN, a global provider of networking and communications equipment. Windham joined ADTRAN in 1989 following ADTRAN's successful acquisition of Processing Telecom Technologies, a company Windham co-founded in 1986. Prior to becoming president/COO in 2005, Windham served as the senior vice president and general manager of the Enterprise Networks Division. Windham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University where he was named a Distinguished Engineering Fellow in 2001 and also holds an MBA from Florida Tech.

Managing Partner, Operations
Marshall is focused on collection site development, manufacturing, and the day-to-day operations for the Company. Prior to joining Conversant, Marshall worked with the Healthcare Group of Wachovia Capital Partners, the bank's Private Equity group. Prior to Capital Partners, Marshall spent several years in Wachovia's High Yield Origination and Execution division and the Leveraged Finance division. Marshall graduated Cum Laude from Washington & Lee University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Management with Special Attainments in Commerce and Accounting.

Luke Doiron
Managing Partner, Business Development
Luke is focused on new market development and strategic partnerships for the Company. Prior to joining Conversant, Luke was Group Head of Wachovia's Strategies division in Texas with responsibility for new retail and commercial market development. Prior to Texas, Luke helped lead the new market strategy for Wachovia's New York bank. Luke began his career with Wachovia in Charlotte, where he worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking division with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. Luke graduated from Washington & Lee University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Management with Special Attainments in Commerce.
