PBMC and BMMC are blood and bone marrow cells having a round nucleus, such as a lymphocytes and monocytes.These blood cells are a critical component in the immune system to fight infection and adapt to intruders; The lymphocyte population consists of T cells (CD4 and CD8 positive), B cells and NK cells.
Available diseases include solid-tumor cancer patients (lung cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, and ovarian cancer), hematology patients (such as leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and other blood disorders), immunology patients (rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and other immune disorders), and healthy normal donors.
